Norton Download Manager error message

Hi guys,

I just purchased Norton 360 deluxe but haven't been able to download. I keep getting this error message ''There is a problem with this download. Please return to the download page and restart the process again''.

I have uninstalled all antivirus and restarted to no avail. I have downloaded several times to no avail. what do I do please?

Ok thanks. Did the file actually download to your downloads folder? If so, right click the file, select properties. Look on the general tab and check the small box at the bottom labeled "unblock". Click apply then ok. Try running the file.

Yes, downloading from my  Norton account. I've tried all I know and have also contacted their support staff whom I permitted to remote control my desktop, yet she couldn't resolve it. Waiting for a senior personnel to call me today.

 

On another note, I tried to trouble shoot the downloader and I got an error message that it's only compactible with Window 8

Hello Chukwuma. Your screenshot appears as "open file" in the downloads box. Are you downloading from your Norton account? Close your browser and reboot. Next, look for the file in your downloads folder or other folder you put downloads in. Execute and run the file from there if it is present.
