Issue abstract:

Detailed description: After installing updater I used it to update 3 drivers and all that happens is the updater just continues to spin. It happens on all 3 of the drivers I try updating.

No error codes, just the obnoxious spinning wheel.

I’m having the same problem. I installed Norton Driver Updater yesterday, November 8, and started it to resolve 16 drivers my Norton 360 said were out of date. It has been spinning with no messages for over 12 hours. I backed up my files before I started it just in case something bad happens. I will end the task if someone doesn’t post how to fix it.
