Couldn't agree more with Dave's comments. Marketing are being so aggressive that they are turning users off Symantec's products, and in my humble opinion, rightly so.

It's no wonder very few are participating in the EAP. I lost interest a long time ago when you needed to be in the US, but now not even a normal Norton account is good enough to download the EAP tool.
This is why you thrust your new versions and programs on the public to beta test. Obviously you don't have enough guinea pigs to voluntarily test for you, and you make it almost impossible for those who would actually choose to do so.
May I suggest get grab management's heads and marketing's heads and bang them hard together. It might wake both departments up.
