I ran the Norton eraser on my vaio laptop and it said it could erase some programs I have but if that happened I could go back to a restore point. Well after I ran it, it said it could not start my computer up so for me to go back to a restore point it wanted me to enter a password that I set up as the administrator and I can't remember it and there is no button to push for forgot password. So now I can't even get windows to open.
