I installed a hardware (StarTech USB2VGAE3) for multi monitor capability on my Windows XP PC. It adds a driver called Trigger II External Graphics in the Device Manager under USB Drivers.
It works fine, however Norton Antivirus gives Error 3035,6 and shuts off Auto Protect feature. If I uninstall this driver, NAV works like a charm.
I contacted Norton Support to see if I can creation an exception for this driver. You can create an exception for a folder of a file, but it does not seem to be possible with a device driver. I do not have any other Antivirus/malware products in my PC except Norton Antiviris.
How to fix this error and get the Auto Protect to work as uaual? Can you help? Thanks!!
