Norton Error displayed when downloading Apps... No Nework connection try again later

I get an error mssage on my Android Phone

When I’m trying to download apps but I am connected to my Home Broadband

Can anybody suggest a solution?

Message reads

Network unavaiable

check your internet connection and try again later.

Are you using a VPN when you see this issue?

What device and Android version are you using?

What is the version of your Norton 360 Android?

deres vpn er elendig kan jeg lige så godt sig jeg har prøvet at få den til at virke på alle områder og jeg kan ikke få den til at virke så det er ikke kun dig der har problemer med den men norton ved det godt at der er problemer med den vpn bare så du ved det jeg tror at de vil fixe alt i næste major men jeg er ikke sikker men nu får vi at se det er jo deres produckt ikke vores

No I wasn’t using the VPN - Just logged on to

my home broadband.

Have you restarted your device to see if that helps?

Do you have any issues with browsing or accessing email? I assume you are downloading from Google Play Store?

Did this just start happening, or did you not have the issue in the past?
