Norton Error Management Que eating up hard drive space as I watch

In the past few days, my vista's hard drive disk space has gone from 30GB out of 113GB to ZERO. I tried deleting unnecessary files and checking for viruses, but nothing. I managed to find out where all the space went, and it turns out all 90GB of it is under Norton, error management, in the que folder. I saw another thread addressing the same problem, but with zero space left, I can't do anything. Any ideas, please?

Hi-i've also noticed this problem in so far as one file in ProgramData/Norton/long string number/NIS 18.1.0.37/-ErrorManagement/Queue/Incoming/SQ and long string of letters & numbers is over 800mb in size!

There are a number of files in the folder but one is named QuestViewer.exe.hu.kdmp and that is the file that is over 800mb.

Now i know that Questviewer.exe is the launch program for either Ship simulator extremes or Ship simulator 2008-both of which are installed on my system (sad i know).

I just want to know why such a large file was created and also if it is safe to delete any of these errormanagement files.

Just to confirm my NIS version is 18.5.0.125

Hello? Any support on these forums? Can the files in the error management que folder be deleted safely?
