Norton did not protect me from the following viruses: "Ransomeware.uash Virus/FBI Money Pak" and five other viruses! I spent 5 hours trying to get Norton to remove these viruses that locked-up my computer but I was able to remove them with "Spy Hunter witch found and fixed them. Also, your online customer web support seems almost non-existent as no one would respond!

What link did you use to try to get web support? Was it for Online Chat? Sometimes the wait can be longer than other times depending on demand. Usually if you try again later in the day, you will be able to connect.
