Is it possible to permanently authorize an application even if the mobile or computer is locked?

I have the same issue. I woould like to authorize the use of Deezer or Spotify even whitout the timetable et the time limit. Is it possible and how to configure it ?

Currently, Norton Family does not support allowing a specific application to run at all times, regardless of the time supervision policy.
