Norton Family and Java 7 - When is this going to be fixed?

Hi,

 

When is the bug going to get fixed that prevents Java 7 from running when Norton Family is installed?

 

I see the problem was reported as early as May 30th of last year...

It is still a problem!

 

Norton Family 2.6.0.52

Win 7 32 bit clean install with updates applied

IE 9

Java 7 update 10

 

With NF installed, the Java verification page won't even run.

As soon as I uninstall NF, it runs.

 

PLEASE FIX THIS ALREADY!!!
