I recently bought Norton Family and I'm very disappointed it seems not to be able to monitor Skype. Is this correct? If so why? If you can monitor your kids' IM traffic of SMS messages on their phone, what's the difference with Skype? I certainly want to know who they are chatting to on Skype and indeed video calling, for obvious reasons.
I hope I'm mis-informed and that I've missed something in the way I've set up Norton Family, but if not I would urge this be introduced in an upgrade as soon as possible.
