When my sons phone is supposed to be supervised he can bypass the locks on the apps by repeatedly pressing them.
Norton displays the warning but if he keeps attempting to open the app eventually he gains access.
We have reinstalled the app on both devices.
Updated the android system and all is good.
All permissions are in place.
Not sure what’s the next thing to try?

Our backend indicates that the “Draw over other apps” permission has been tampered with on your child’s device. Please check if all the required permissions are enabled and block the Settings app in App Supervision.

Hi i have double checked all permissions and all are in place.
I have also uninstalled then reinstalled the app.
So just to confirm the issue.
If you press a blocked app it does block it.
But if you keep repeating the press it eventually stops blocking it.
Please advise on how to prevent this.

We understand your concern and know how important it is for the app to behave consistently. After testing on our end, we found that the issue isn’t easily reproducible. As soon as app interaction begins, the block screen reappears immediately, ensuring continued protection.
Please note that any attempt to tamper with the system is only temporary. Our service constantly monitors activity and restores the block if there’s any further interaction. That said, we absolutely take your feedback seriously. We’re investigating this further and need more information for troubleshooting. Have sent a private message for the same.

I also encountered same issue on laptop， windows11. If repeatedly open the windows account, bypassing the restrction, the kid finally succeed.
