I have set up my Norton Family account online, upgraded to Premier membership, and downloaded and activated the app on my two childrens devices (Droid Mini's) and downloaded and activated the App on my and my wife's devices (Galaxy S III's). Everything works perfectly on my device and the childrens devices but the app on my wife's device does not recognize the premier membership and cannot access the premier activity on the children's devices. The premier featres are not shown. Her Norton Subscription says Norton Family Basic. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on her device twice with no change. I have also repeatedly pressed the refresh button with no success. How can I fix this?
