Norton Family is installed on Win7 and my children is using Chrome. They need to access hotmail to use the office suit for school projects. webmail is not being block according to setting but every time when they try to access the website, the block message comes out. I have even added outlook.live.com, live.com and hotmail.com to the list of allowed websites but still it is blocked.
Any idea?
Aside, I have trouble updating rules when using the monitored children's account - it complains about failure to update and asks us to try again later. But no complain when I update using my account which is not monitored. Still, after the update, hotmail is blocked when access using a monitored account.
