I want to block my child’s internet access in the night and i have already enabled blocking but it does not seem to be working.Can someone please advise on this.

Hello. I just uninstalled and then re-installed this. The web site blocking does not seem to be working. Pornography sites and any specific URLs I type in are fully accessible. Please help. Thank you.

Hi Aaron_12,

 

Is the Windows account you used a monitored account?  When you log onto the PC, do you see a little pop-up screen saying you are being monitored at lower right hand corner of the Window screen?

Yes. I have been a successful user of this softward for at least 3 years. But I just downloaded the latest version and now notice the problems.

i see there are other threads on this, and none of the issues have been resolved. Is this still an open issue under research?

I tried accessing Norton Family today (after some time) to change settings so that the time could be increased for my children, but I was denied access. I got the following message when I tried to sign in:

  

"This machine is part of different Norton Family account".

 

I have only one account with Norton. Pl look into this urgently  as I need to change the times for my children so that they can do more work on the computer.
