I was hoping someone could help me please.
I have recently site up an 'account' on my laptop with restrictions so that my girls can do their homework. Up until now they have been using my account or my partners to do this but as they can not be supervised the whole I thought it best to set up one for them and use Norton Family as the security. However, Norton Family will not allow access to their school or nursery websites as they are classed as 'uncategorised'. After receiving the alerts to notify my of their attempts to use these sites I unblocked them, but still it keep stopping them from getting on the sites. Does anyone have any idea why this might be and how I can rectify it?
