I installed Norton Family on my laptop yesterday (Windows XP) and it appeared to be working fine, but today it is blocking websites on my account, which is not monitored - well, not supposed to be monitored! Not only that, but this is a website it allowed them to access yesterday and earlier today. Today the blocking message says it is an uncategorized website, for all users. Happens in both Firefox and Chrome. Also, no activity is showing for one of the two children since 7:30 this morning. I've pretty much had it with this flaky product. It just doesn't work.
