Norton Family can be easily disabled - can Norton confirm?

Hello.

I have a 13 year old and an 11 year old who are able to disable Norton Family with ease... or at least as far as the time restrictions are concerned.

Exhibit A: here's an easy-to-find video on YouTube showing how to do it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9c9dAoM67Ns

Exhibit B: see attachment. It's a screenshot of some alerts in Norton Family showing a) my son logging in during curfew and b) that Norton Family is not running at 6:07pm. Interestingly the same alert (6:07pm) on my Norton Family smartphone app says it more explicitly: "Tampering Detected".

Let me stress that what I'd like more than anything is to be shown a way that stops my kids disabling Norton Family (on their Windows PCs), i.e. so that my time limits are actually enforced and there's nothing my kids can do to get around this. Failing this, then it would be decent if Norton can come out and say "yes, it's true, Norton Family can be disabled, and there's nothing we can do to stop this". But I hope they don't have to.... I hope there's a solution.

Thanks,

Ross

p.s. If you want to say "well, nothing's unbreakable.... that's where your own parental monitoring/responsibility is required" - that's fine, I can accept that. But first I have to understand exactly what Norton Family can or can't do to help me as the first line of defense.
