My son has done something to Norton Family to work around it. I deleted all devices to start afresh but cannot add a new one. The installer is downloaded and I run it. I log in and then it says it has installed the product. It still isn't running. So I looked in Control Panel and saw Norton Family and selected uninstall. I was asked to log in which I did but then it displayed "Please try again. Be sure to type the correct email and password@ (screen shot attached). I can assure you I did. A similar thread talks about removing two files to get through this problem (https://community.norton.com/en/forums/can-not-uninstall-norton-family-says-wrong-password). Any help appreciated.
I also tried the Norton uninstaller but couldn't get past the Symantec Winfax Pro problem.
