Previous threads on this board indicated problems with Norton Family mobile app on Nexus 7 devices/devices using android OS 4.1 or above. These threads date back to September (2012).
I note on the app site on Google Play that you specifically state that the app will not work on Nexus 7/Android OS 4.2. Is this still the case? Given the above queries date back to September I rather hoped that by now the app would work on Nexus 7; I want to use it as I already use Norton Online Family for the children's PCs.
A swift response would be appreciated, altho I do note the current date!
