Norton Family does not report any activity

Hi,

I set up NF on my sons ipads and iphones but it has never reported any activity although I know the time limits work and they are able to ask for extensions. I had support remote access my pc but all they did was uninstall everything and reinstall it so I had to set it all up again and it did not fix the problem - they had no other input to offer. Not impressed at all (as well as the fact there is no control over Youtube app, only through browser). I'm using latest versions of everything. 

Has anyone else had the same issue?
