I set up two new but identical android phones on to Norton Family for two different children. First one worked perfectly. Second one started with the same default name as the first which I renamed to unique names. However, the system says that no trackable devices are assigned to the second child when they are clearly showing as assigned elsewhere.
Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
