RI installed Norton Family on my son´s device (Wiko Sunset - Operating system Android 4.4).
I am a premier user since 9th of February 2015. For a week Norton Family was working fine apparently, since then anything works: All blocked apps are available to my son at this moment, he install whatever he want and I do not receive any notification from Norton when he do that (as I use to received the first week), and he can connect internet and use the mobile when he want even when I set time restrictions.
My son is using his mobile every day without control (internet, games,...) but when I check my son´s activity in my Norton Family account it seems that he was not connected to internet, he did not used de mobile, he did not play games.... all the showed activity is "0" and always appear the sentence "without activity for the last 7 days".
Every week I receive a mail form Norton Family saying that my son´s device had not activity for the last days and for sure it is not true.
I uninstall and install once again the application, I updated Norton Family to the last version but, even after this, your program is not working. I trust on Norton for a long time and now I am very disappointed. I wait for a solution from your side.
