Hello, I have a Win 7 PC with Norton Internet Security 20.1.3.22 running on it. I downloaded Nortan Family by logging into my Norton account and installed it (I got the confirmation that Norton Family has been installed). However, it is not showing any signs of being active. I cannot see Norton Family icon under Start -> All programs; and when I log on through my child's account, it is not filtering the webpages / sites as it should. Also, when I log on to my Norton Account, I am reminded (under Settings) to download the latest Norton Family, even though I have already done so. Moreover, when I go to my PC's Control Panel -> All Control Panel Items -> Notification Area Icon, I see a message under Norton Family Icon "Plesae restart your computer to complete the installations". Please note that I have downloaded Norton Family, installed it, restarted my PC UMPTEEN number of times, but the situation does not improve. Could you suggest what could be the problem and help me to install / activate Norton Family on my PC? Many thanks for your help!
