I find it strange that the Norton Family I installed in my kids often don't start up with their laptops. My 2 kids are separately using Window 8 and 10 in their laptops. They both have Avast installed in them. There is no other anti-virus software and I don't see any anti-spyware in them as well.
Attached picture (dated Mar 31, 2016) of the Time Spent on Device, which show mostly "0" Total Hours per Day of Usage, which are incorrect as they use their laptops everyday.
When I look closer at the laptops, I found that the Norton Family didn't even start up with their laptops. I have to re-install Norton Family, but after awhile, the problem returns again.
