A few days ago on every device norton family stopped working. All data (kids, devices) were deleted. To solve the problem i tryed to uninstall and reinstall norton family on the android devices. But every time i tryed to delete the device admin an then logged in, i got the message, that the device is connected with another account. But there is no other account. What can i do now? And why all data was deleted?
