I am so sick of norton family error message. I spoke to a person from norton online last week they told me they were working on the problem but Ishould remove norton family using safe mode on the kids laptops. I explained that I do not let my kids on their laptops without the supervision element of norton,she said it would be temporary! Shealso said she would ring me within 48 hours with an update of the fix,I have not had any calls and norton family is still not working. My kids homework is suffering as a result. I paid good money for the 12 month subscription and expect the service I paid for,I was told I could not get a refund as my subscription only had 173 days remaining,however I am not getting the service I paid for....my suggestion to all with the same problem is to please contact watchdog as I have done,the more of us that do this the better the result.
