Norton Family error - Unable to retrieve activities in messaging tab

When i pull up the Norton Family monitoring on my computer, the messaging tab says "Unable to retrieve activities"  

I had my son restart his phone twice

I logged on to the device in parent mode and still no fix.

Please help
