Norton Family error - Unable to retrieve activities

Can someone please help me with an error that I keep getting when I log into my Norton Family account that says, "Unable to retrieve activities"? What is causing this to happen and how can it be resolved? Thanks!

It would come up after I logged in and clicked on each tab. After clicking on each tab, I would get this error when checking from the parent mode on my laptop.

 

It is actually fixed now. I went on the actual device that was having the issue about 430pm and logged in as parent mode and then I could see everything. Went back on my laptop and now everything is there. Strange but maybe that cleared whatever the problem was by going on the actual device itself.
