Norton Family - False notification regarding curphew?

This morning at 7:50am I received an email notification from Norton Family saying that one of my children had just reached their 8:30PM curphew and was automatically locked.  This was disturbing since my kids attend online school and I was concerned they just got kicked out of a lesson.  I checked and they were working just fine, Norton had not locked them out.... OK?

Maybe the email was sent last night and was just delayed?  Nope.  Checked the email headers and it originated this morning:

So, what's going on here?
