  1. Version Information in Parent Portal - I notice in each release of Norton Family apps, it states that you should check the Version you have on each device.. If you can track and block all this information from the Norton Family portal website, how come you can't check the versions on all your devices from the portal and have outdated versions marked with an exclamation point?
  2. Roaming Child Time Allowance - Why can't I have a roaming Time limit for a child across many devices.. Say I only want a Child to use any of the multiple computers for a maximum of 4 hours a day across all devices Total, that currently is not an option. I have to set a limit per device, even when the settings are the same across all windows devices, it would be 4 hrs for each device.. which is more than I'm wanting this child online.  I would like a roaming Time limit across all the devices.  When the child uses 4 hrs a day across all devices, they should be locked out of all the devices.  Possibly adding a grouping option as well.  4 hrs allowed in a user selected group of devices, and another separate roaming time limit for another set of devices.  Give the parents and the children the flexibility to use multiple devices, but still enforce an online time limit across tall devices.

Yes this would be the best way to control the time used. Kids will just jump from device to device and defeat the time limit. Please change it to total time for all devices per user. Or even better give us an option.

I agree too.  I've had this software for just a couple of days and I've stumbled across this key flaw!  I need to set the allowable time parameters for each device but that doesn't mean that I want to double the usage time!  It's impossible to say when they will use each device.  Surely a fairly simple fix for this Norton?  As you are already collecting data from each device just add it together!

I agree also, this is a must-have feature today, everyone has multiple devices in their home, and kids just hop around to get extra time.

Completely agree. Can’t understand why Noton limit time by child and device. It must be total time by child across all devices. This is a make or break feature for me. If I ever find another software vendor with this feature I’ll drop Norton Family immediately.
