I'm seriously annoyed at this point. I've had a paid sub for this for a year now and for the last 2 months it hasnt worked. Ive waited patiently for norton to get the bugs worked out but its past the point of ridiculous at this point. I uninstalled norton from my pcs and Im using windows family safety at the moment. The kindles and androids are currently unprotected. I cant even uninstall Norton from them because every time I go to uninstall I get the msg that Norton cant reach the servers so therefore I cant sign in. Same happens when I try to update them. Just this week I finally started getting emails again about the kids usage. Useless though since it states the last usage as of the beginning of november. I watch them use their kindles daily so I know this isnt true. I cant believe I paid for this and cant get any support at all for this long. GARBAGE...
