I signed up for the Norton Family free trial during the week leading up to Christmas as my child was getting a new phone. I have downloaded the app to several devices and have adjusted the restrictions settings accordingly. But it's not working. My weekly report is showing now activity. I used the 'chat' service to discuss this with a Norton advisor and he took me through deleting and reinstalling the app on my child's device and it then showed her searches etc. But only for the duration of our discussion! As soon as we had finished everything returned to the way it had been (ie nothing showing up). Child has an iphone, I have a macbook and it is also not working on an ipad and on a PC. I'm disappointed because it seems like a great product but I'm obviously not going to start paying for it if it doesn't work. Would love any advice, and I'm sorry if this has been posted before- I'm new to these forums and can't find where to find similar posts. Thanks to all.
