I have Norton Family installed on several laptops in the house, monitoring my kid's accounts. For one of the kids Norton Family reports on all his activities, as expected. For the other, no activities are reported, even though Family tells me the account is being monitored.
Even though the activities are not being reported, the house rules (time restrictions, allowed/blocked websites, etc.) are being updated and enforced. To test this my son logged in and tried to access a blocked website. He sent a note to me asking the site to be unblocked, but I was never notified. From my own laptop I updated his house rules to allow it, and when he tried again a minute later he could access it.
So my son has a half-functional installation of Norton Family. House rules are enforced, but no reporting nor notification occurs. Any ideas what might be causing this, and what I can do to fix it? I've tried reinstalling already.
Using Chrome with the Norton extensions, Windows 10, latest update.
