norton family iOS app isn't worth downloading.
it can only give you read only alerts that you can't act upon. you have to go to the norton family website to actually try and do anything useful (and that's a struggle in itself).
when you are a parent trying to manage kids and work and then kid has a day when they have to home school so you get loads of alerts to access sites during school time (as they're at home) you cannot support this from the mobile app. it's crazy.
I can only assume the product managers of Norton Family are not iOS using parents.
I would like to know:
- do other parents have this problem?
- are norton actually aware of the limitations of their iOS app and have any plans to address
