Norton Family is not warning on time limit or blocked web pages

Norton Family is not always warning us when our son has reached his daily limit.  Please, see the attached picture. We have it set to warning because sometimes he genuinely needs to be on the computer longer (eg homework), but we want to be notified.  These notifications do not always occur. Also blocked web pages (set to warning) also do not trigger an email to us anymore.  He is sometimes allowed to go to these pages but we want to be notified to make sure the timing is appropriate.

Windows 10, 64 is in use.

Norton Family sends alerts/emails when the supervision is set to “Warn”. Our team has tried to reproduce the issue, but had no luck so far. 

To investigate this further, can you please send me your Norton Family account email address by private message via the forum by clicking Inbox at upper right hand corner?
