Recently installed Norton Family on our son's laptop. It tracked his web activity for one day and has not done it again. It is still blocking him from certain sites, but there is no history in Norton Family. He is running on Windows 8. How do I fix this. Would love to upgrade to premium when my trial is over, but not wasting my money if the program doesn't work.
