Could you please check if the Norton Family is active on both the platforms by following the below steps?

  1. On Android, kindly follow the steps mentioned in the support article - Prepare your Android device for parental supervision using Norton Family
  2. If the windows device is monitored properly, Norton Family trayicon will be available with a green tick mark. Please verify the available house rules for the windows device by following the below steps:
    1. Right Click on the Norton Family TrayIcon
    2. Click “View My House Rules” to view the house rules for the monitored child windows device.
      Additionally, please ensure Norton Family browser extensions are enabled on the supported browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) of the child’s windows devices.
