I have been having this issue for more than 2 months now, hope there's a way to fix it.
Environment: LG G3 smartphone (LG-D852), Android OS 5.0.1, Kernel version 3.4.0, Build number LRX21Y, software version D85220g, Norton Family version 3.4.2.52
I set up blocking times through Norton Family for my son's LG G3. During these blocked time intervals, everything else is blocked, except the innate web browser which comes with the phone - when it's accessed from the QSLIDE APPS menu that can be pulled down from the top (pls see attached pic). If you access the browser by clicking the app shortcut on screen or in the apps folder, you will still be blocked. It's only when you access through QSLIDE APPS that it's not blocked.
Would you please take a look and advise any possible solutions? Thanks!
