Hi,
I have just installed Norton Family on two machines and trying to get it working. One machine has worked successfully from the testing so far. However the second machine will not block sites.
I have confirmed Windows Updates are up to date.
I have Uninstalled and Reinstalled the Norton Family Application.
I have attempted to add the site to the blocked sites list. However the site is not blocked. If I complete a search for "porn" the browser returns no results as expected. However if you type the address of a known porn site say pornhub.com the site is not blocked and all content is displayed.
Norton Family Version 3.4.0.43
Norton Online Framework Version 6.5.0.14
Norton Online Datastore Version 6.5.0.14
Search Signature Version 3.4.0.43
Social Networking Signature Version 3.4.0.43
Windows Version 8.1 64 bit
Both Chrome Version 46.0.2490.71m which shows as the latest version and IE Version 11.0.9600.18053 Update Version 11.0.24 give the same results.
Please advise how this can be corrected.
