Norton family not locking all apps

Hi

I have noticed when my daughters phone is locked due to being outside of her hours or instant lock, it doesnt not lock all the apps on her phone, so she is still able to play on certain apps. is there a way to lock everything

We noticed from our initial analysis that the "Draw over other Apps" permission in the child device had been tampered with, which is essential for the app to show a block screen over other apps. So, kindly follow the help article and enable all required permissions.

Also, we recommend blocking the Settings app using "App Supervision" to avoid further tampering.
