Norton Family is not showing any activity on my child's computer since 04/10/15
I have checked and everything seems to be configured properly. It seems able to detect his laptop and has it linked to his user but we even tried deleting and re-installing with no difference in results.
He does not use firefox, he uses google chrome and windows 8 so as far as I can see it should be working. I use firefox but I doubt that is the issue because surely it wouldn't impact my being able to view his usage? I don't particularly want to change my web browser just because one program isn't working with it.
I am pretty cranky because I shopped around for ages before deciding on this program and we only purchased it a couple of months ago! Currently it is not only useless,but making life more difficult instead of easier!!! We have had dramas with time differences due to daylight savings and scheduling being out of alignment for unknown reasons. I can't investigate why this is happening properly because I can't view his activity at all. It still seems to be running on his PC, and booting him out at scheduled times.
And not only that but I cant see a way to contact Norton Technical Help directly!!! Can somebody please help me ASAP
