We recently upgraded one of the computers in our home to Windows 10, but Norton Family is not working on it. I tried to restart the computer when it prompted me to, I also tried to log in to Norton Family from that computer, but it was not letting me, the page wouldn't load. The Norton Family icon says "Parent Action is required." I tried to login from another computer to see if I could fix it, but it did not seem to fix the problem. Any suggestions on what to do?
