It appears that something has broken with the latest developer release of OS X 10.8.3. Norton Family no longer continues to load, and in attempting to reinstall the application, the installer hangs on "Connect" screen. Internet Security however continues to load without issue.

Safari is version 6.0.3 (8536.28.9)
Chrome is 26.0.1403.0 dev
Is there any log files I can post? It does not load the app at all. If I go to the Norton QuickMenu, Norton Family is not listed. It was listed in the menu, running and fully working when running OSX 10.2, but upgrading to a 10.3 developer seems to have stopped it from loading when OSX starts.

Norton Family for Mac doesn't support Chrome, so let's work on browser Safari for now.

Here are the steps to get the logs: Running /Applications/Utilities/Console, then clicking on ~/Library/Logs in the Log List (left side of screen, show it if you have to), then CrashReporter, and then Safari, also SymSharedSettingsd.log. Copy and paste the text you find there and send them to me.
