I've not been able to login to Norton Family all day and it doesn't seem to be monitoring anything on the phone either. Now that I can login, I'm getting a page telling me there's no children set up on my account! What's going on?
I tried to access my sons acivity from last night this morning. The site was not available because of "updating". Today my norton family shows no activity for my son who was online last night. How do I access his activity?

I assume when you said "web app", you are referring to website https://family.norton.com/web/ that you use to logon to your Norton Family account on your PC. You should be able to log onto your account and see activity logs. Can you please try again?
Also, just trying to narrow down the issue for us, can you please let us know if you login to the PC as the monitored child and try to visit a forbidden website, do you get blocked?".
Another thing is please keep the password for your Norton Online Family account away from the child. Just to be sure, please change your NF account password to a new one and see if the issue happens again.
Also, please check to see if the child has administration rights for his Windows account, a user with Admin rights is able to do pretty much anything to a PC/laptop. To avoid and limit the possibility to tamper/disable the system, we recommend to give non-administrative rights (limited or restricted) to your child’s user account.
