I have recently installed Norton Family Parental Control on two seperate android devices. Once is a new Moto G running Android 4.4.3 and the other is an older LG phone running 2.3.6.
Both show the same issues. Norton installs fine and allows me to configure which child is using the phone. It also sets the "house rules" without an issue. But when I open the browser and go to a page that should be blocked, it just says "Unfortunely Norton Family has unexpectedly stopped" and asked me if I want to force close or report. Either way it doesn't not restart or protect the kids.
It was previously installed on the older phone (LG) and worked fine. I wanted to give the phone to my younger daughter and did a factor reset and reinstalled.
Does anyone have an idea of what the issue could be?
