I have repeatedly installed and uninstalled Norton Family app, and I repeatedly see it pop an error saying 'Unfortunely, Norton Family has stopped working'. It seems to stop working exactly when I send a text message to a monitored #, or use the web browser. As a result, text message monitoring is sporadic at best, as it usually stops working very quickly after you start using the phone, therefore stopping all monitoring and filtering.
Why is is not working/crashing? What can I do to have it consistently work?

When the reporting or message monitoring does work, it often only shows the reply, not my child's text or response. But it frequently does not monitor at all. For example, today it shows 30 or so texts, to and from, but the sprint mobile control tool shows 190 texts (in/out) today.
