Norton Family Premium - Not working

Hello,

I bought today Norton Family Premium (No. NP230432982 order). I installed it on a Nexus 4 Kitkat 4.4.4 in Child mode and on a Nexus 5 Kitkat 4.4.4 in Parent mode.

I set up the video surveillance, Time ( House Rules = hourly schedule , I blocked this afternoon for a test ) and Apps ( I blocked 1 App for a test ) .

So I can view Web History (after a time lag of about 1 hour) , but nothing works for the rest.

  • Video: I have viewed several Youtube videos on the Nexus 4 child mode, and 2 or 3 hours later, still nothing on the Parent board
  • Time : despite blocking schedule this afternoon, no problem to access and to surf the web on the Nexus 4 (Child mode) , and this even if I wait 2 or 3 hours
  • Apps: the App I blocked is still available after 2 or 3 hours

Same results whether watching the Parent board on my PC ( in Chrome) or on my Nexus 5.
