OK, I have not been able to log into my account since Monday afternoon. My kid can't use the computer as it is telling him that his time allowance is used up. I can't uninstall, as I put in my email and password and it does nothing. I was able to add his phone on Monday evening, but I can't change any of the settings or add a time allowance to his phone, which I have had to take away twice this week as he sneaked it out in the middle of the night. It has been almost a week. Not sure why a company such as Norton cannot find a fix!
