I installed Norton family on my sons computer.
I'm monitoring on my laptop.
on their computer I can see time remaining (they have time limit).
but when I monitor on my laptop I can see their activity (sites visited etc.) but when I check TIME I get "No activity for Last 7 Days".
and on the ALERTS I get ": Norton Family is not running. This could be caused by a problem with the program, or else a user might have shut down a Norton Family component. Please restart the computer."
any solution ?
